The President of the Ginger Producers Cooperative of the Mountain Region of Espírito Santo (Coopginger), registered under CNPJ No. 44.162.187/0001-03 and NIRE No. 32400023250, through its legal representative, President Director Leonarda Maria Plaster, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the Bylaws, hereby calls the cooperative members to attend an in-person Annual General Meeting.Due to space limitations at the headquarters, the meeting will be held at the auditorium of the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo – Centro-Serrano Campus, located at: Estrada Guilherme João Frederico Kruger, Caramuru, ZIP Code 29.645-000, Santa Maria de Jetibá – ES, on March 30, 2026.The Annual General Meeting will be held on first call at 4:00 PM, with the presence of two-thirds (2/3) of the cooperative members. On second call, it will be held at 5:00 PM, on the same day and location, with the presence of half plus one of the total members. If legal quorum is still not reached, a third and final call will take place at 6:00 PM, with a minimum presence of ten (10) members, in order to deliberate on the following:

AGENDA:
I – Presentation of Accounts for the fiscal year 2025, including:
a) Management Report;
b) Balance Sheet;
c) Statement of Surplus or Losses and other financial statements;
d) Opinion of the Fiscal Council; and
II – Allocation of the recorded surplus;
III – Election of the Fiscal Council of COOPGINGER, in accordance with Article 44 of the Bylaws;
IV – Work Plan for the year 2026;
V – Determination of compensation (pro-labore) and attendance fees for members of the Board of Directors and Fiscal Council.

NOTE: For quorum purposes, it is hereby declared that the number of cooperative members eligible to vote on this date is 204.
